Grateful for our volunteers
Sometimes it is almost impossible to imagine, but our competitions are carried entirely by volunteers! A large group of volunteers ensures every year that we can organise our wonderful competitions. Some volunteers are active in the preparations to the competition, some volunteers on the competition day and others do both. If you think; I also think it would be fun and special to contribute to our wonderful event, please sign up! Feel free to indicate why you like it and what you would like to do, and we will put you on our list and you will receive further information about it!

Registration form
Thank you very much for your enthusiasm! We would like to ask you to fill in the registration form so that we have an overview of all registrations.
Catering
There will be catering provided by the organisation on the days you are assigned as a volunteer.
Fence judge cross country
How nice that you would like to do the function of fence judge during the cross country. Prior to the event, we would like to ask you to view the KNHS instruction film for obstacle inspectors .
Summer fair & food court
Every year during event days, the lovely summer fair is open full of wonderful items, new products and fun activities. In the kids corner, children entertain themselves with crafts and hobby horses. Catering facilities with many delicious treats are available at the summer fair. The summer fair is open Friday and Saturday from 09:00 - 18:00 o'clock. Find more information here.

On arrival, follow the directions of the parking attendants.

Catering
There will be catering provided by the organisation on the days you are assigned as a volunteer.
Rider drinks
Thursday 18.00 - 19.30 o'clock: free entry, only for competitors, grooms, officials and volunteers.
Riders party
Friday 21.00 - 00.30: €20.00 entry only for competitors, grooms, officials and volunteers.
Bikes
Only park bicycles in the designated parking spaces.
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the stables area, the lorry park and the campsite.
