Important information
Registration form
We use a registration form that you must complete (in addition to your registration with the KNHS/national governing body). You will be automatically redirected to payment once you have completed the form. Registrations without payment will not be accepted.
Arrival
To be announced later.
Vetcheck
On Wednesday and Thursday, the fat check is on arrival.
Fine
Fine of €100 on arrival outside opening hours as mentioned above.
Requests for starting times
Every year, we receive many requests for start times and so on. Please keep in mind that we have a full competition schedule and we have to disappoint some participants because we cannot fulfil their request. Requests and applications should be sent to the FEI system (via the KNHS/national association). Requests and applications by e-mail will not be considered.
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the stables area and lorrypark/camping. In this video, you can see why.
Stables
It is compulsory to put the horses in the stables available on the premises.
Billing
If you need an invoice of your participation, please mail to: international@maarsbergenhorsetrials.nl, so that we can make the invoice before the end of the event.

Catering and facilities
Coffee
Wednesday to Saturday at the stables for sale.
Bistro Beaufort
Wednesday to Saturday from 12.00 PM - 8.00 PM: à la carte sales of lunch, drinks and dinner.
Summer fair
Friday and Saturday 09.00 - 18.00 o'clock.
Rider drinks
Thursday 18.00 - 19.30 o'clock: free entry, only for competitors, grooms, officials and volunteers.
Riders party
Friday 21.00 - 00.30 o'clock: €30.00, entry only for competitors, grooms, officials and volunteers.
Plumbing
Camping, toilets, showers, etc present at the lorry park.
Bikes
Only park bicycles in the designated parking spaces.
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the stables area, the lorry park and the campsite.
