Press

Welcome!

We are happy that you are interested in taking photos or other content at our event. Press and photographers must apply for accreditation in advance. Accredited photographers will receive a 'photographer's jacket' that allows access behind the paths. Always follow the directions of our fence judges and think first of all about your safety and that of the participants and visitors.

On the day(s) you are present, please report to the officials' secretariat upon arrival (this is in the building with house number 38). Here you will receive a photo pass.

Photo safety
You have to put on and keep the photographers jacket when you are shooting. Our volunteers will then know who you are. You may also take photos behind the paths if you are wearing a jacket. Please return the jacket to the Officials Tent at the end of the day.

Follow the instructions of our volunteers at all times.

Catering, hospitality and activities

Every year, the delightful summer fair is open, full of beautiful items, new products, and fun activities. In the active children's village, children can participate in a wide range of activities: from hobby horses, horseshoe decorating, and crafts to a life-size horse mascot from the Parapaard Foundation, Shetland ponies to cuddle, and old-fashioned Dutch games. There are also various food trucks offering many delicious treats. At Bistro Beaufort, you can enjoy lunch, drinks, and take a breather. An extra special treat is the option to have lunch at Kasteel Maarsbergen on Fridays and Saturdays. During the VIP reception at the water obstacle, guests will be fully catered for and have the best seats to watch the horses.
