Registration form
We use a registration form that you need to fill in (additional to your registration with the KNHS/national association). You will be automatically linked to payment once you have completed the form. Entries without payment will not be accepted.

Arrival

• Wednesday 4 June 2025 between 10.00-18.00 o'clock.
• Thursday 5 June 2025 between 10.00-14.00 o'clock.

Vetcheck
On Wednesday, the vet check is on arrival. There is an additional vet check on arrival on Thursday. 

Fine
Fine of €100 on arrival outside opening hours as mentioned above.

Requests for starting times
Every year, we receive many requests for start times and so on. Please keep in mind that we have a full competition schedule and we have to disappoint some participants because we cannot fulfil their request. Requests and applications should be sent to the FEI system (via the KNHS/national association). Requests and applications by e-mail will not be considered.

Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the stables area and lorrypark/camping. In this video, you can see why.

Stables
It is compulsory to put the horses in the stables available on the premises.

Billing
If you need an invoice of your participation, please mail to: international@maarsbergenhorsetrials.nl, so that we can make the invoice before the end of the event.
