The international competitions of Maarsbergen Horse Trials are well known in the international equestrian sports. Every year we expect to welcome 300 riders from 20 different European countries. The beautiful surroundings of Maarsbergen Estate, the challenging cross country designed by Eric Winter and the good ambiance offer the competitors a pleasant experience.
From 6 to 8 June 2024, 6 classes will be organized during the international eventing competitions of Maarsbergen Horse Trials: short format 1* to 4* and long format 2* & 3*. Extra special is that the Dutch Eventing Championships for Juniors and Young Riders will also be held during the international competition. Once again, Landgoed Maarsbergen will be a beautiful setting for an eventing championship. A number of unique places of the estate will be processed in a renewed course, which guarantees a week of sensational equestrian sports.

Starting order & results (Equipe)On Wednesday 5 June, the participants and officials will arrive at Maarsbergen Horse Trials. Everything is prepared this day to start with the competitions on Thursday.
Maarsbergen Horse Trials is not open to visitors on Wednesday 5 June.
Thursday 6 June is all about the dressage tests which will be held at the Meerveld.
In the Orangery Arena there will be a competition for young event horses (4 and 5 years old).
On Thursday 6 June, Maarsbergen Horse Trials is open to visitors from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (free entry).
Timetable Thursday 6 JuneOn Friday 7 June a lot will happen during Maarsbergen Horse Trials. The last dressage tests are held on the Meerveld. In the Show Jumping Arena in front of the castle, the show jumping course is ridden for all short formats. The 4* and 1* short format and the long formats ride their cross country today. At the end of the day, the prize-giving ceremony for the 4* and 1* short format will take place.
The shops are open all day.
On Friday 7 June, Maarsbergen Horse Trials is open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (free entrance, paid parking).
Timetable Friday 7 JuneSaturday 8 June is the last day of Maarsbergen Horse Trials. The 2* and 3* short formats ride their cross country course today. The long formats will ride the show jumping course in the Show Jumping Arena in front of the castle. When a class has finished, the prize-giving ceremony will take place in the Show Jumping Arena in front of the castle.
The shops are open all day.
On Saturday 8 June, Maarsbergen Horse Trials is open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (free entrance, paid parking).
